Welcome to SonoFoundry!
We think learning ultrasound should be about scanning and trying things out more, with fewer things getting in the way of people who want to practice their skills or teach others.
This community is where we want to develop that idea openly. We’ll share prototypes, material tests, notes on building, papers that influence us, and failures that have taught us valuable lessons. We also want this to be a place where educators, learners, clinicians, simulation teams, researchers, and makers gather to talk about their training needs and their own practices.
Here are some guidelines we plan to follow:
- We’ll share enough information so others can understand or recreate our ideas
- We’ll make clear distinctions between interesting experiments and validated results
- We welcome different opinions and documentation of attempts that don’t work out
- We want both beginners and experienced people to feel comfortable joining the discussion
